##這本書主要說的是感情 創建一個怎麼樣的傢庭環境，怎麼樣去溝通。說的都是感情 包容迴應，好好溝通。正視情緒，正視難以錶達的情緒。 讓自己被影響，響應他人的期待自我不會消失。自我會一同成長 不要顧忌去錶達情緒，承認自己的感受、偏好和其中的不確定性 原諒孩子原諒自己。 我非常不解的一點就是：管教孩子要溫和而嚴厲，但是卻不要以“事實”為基準要錶達“感受”。大概以後可以看看彆的育兒書找找這方麵的論述。 語言非常易懂，詞匯量不大，感覺四級就夠瞭

評分##都legacy和environment這兩章的時候，竟然淚目瞭…其實我也算擁有一個所謂“normal”的童年，但看著書裏列舉的一個個反麵例子，似乎都能在裏麵找到自己父母的影子，但他們，其實就是大部分普通中國60後父母的縮影… 其實全書的概念也很簡單，就是同理心，接納情緒，描述情緒，采用“非暴力溝通”的交流方式，幾乎每一章的落腳點都是一樣的，扣一星就是覺得內容有點拖遝
