##前幾章寫的心理很棒，後麵就是育兒瞭，我對這個完全不感興趣。
評分##都legacy和environment這兩章的時候，竟然淚目瞭…其實我也算擁有一個所謂“normal”的童年，但看著書裏列舉的一個個反麵例子，似乎都能在裏麵找到自己父母的影子，但他們，其實就是大部分普通中國60後父母的縮影… 其實全書的概念也很簡單，就是同理心，接納情緒，描述情緒，采用“非暴力溝通”的交流方式，幾乎每一章的落腳點都是一樣的，扣一星就是覺得內容有點拖遝

評分##心情好的時候讀如若春風蜜糖，閤捲後能加倍的對孩子好，控製自己。被惹煩的時候讀簡直覺得全篇都是bullshit和憑什麼，憑什麼娃的負能量要安放在我的情緒容器裏，我自己也是人啊。如果說非要總結幾點：1.孩子在你眼中看到他自己。2. 先共情，再講道理。順毛擼，軟著來。3. verbalise一切，因為娃太小還沒法兒全說齣來。
