评分为了跟尤利西斯对照阅读买的，封面和毛边装帧都好美。Emily Wilson的翻译轻灵敏捷干脆，不失文学性和韵律感。偶有几处用词太现代有点跳戏，整体流畅通顺。Intro第一页说到epic这个词有误导性，让人觉得史诗一定宏大辉煌，然而从词源看，a epic poem本质上只是一个被讲述的故事。 始终读不进富丽堂皇气势磅礴译本的我终于在Emily Wilson的帮助下读完了奥德赛。
评分##真的很恶心。。Penelope吊着求婚人（也是Telemachus打不过的原因）就被荷马以求婚人之口谴责，怎么没见有谁提Odysseus到处留情呢，本来以为他可一心一意了不愿意和Calypso在一起，结果定睛一看Odysseus离开的前一晚美美和她打分手炮。。然后又在另外一个女神的岛上吃喝玩乐了一年，让自己老婆干等着，直到手下提醒他他才想起来回去。。还有我受不了他们这么爱面子了，偏要告诉独眼巨人自己的名字，让波塞冬杀了自己手下，非蠢即坏。。当他手下有够倒霉。。

评分##这版翻译真的太绝了，见微知著，like the cloth of Ponelope weaved unwoven. 很喜欢结尾的dissatisfaction：人类世界总是不断的有跌入地府的游魂。
