評分##其實這本management技巧並沒有講的很好 大部分還是講瞭自己的經曆 然後根據自己的經曆更真誠的講一些技巧 技巧不多也不怎麼smart 隻能說比較平常都知道的那種 另外這本雖然說是FB的老闆 但是裏麵好幾處提到瞭亞麻的LP還是挺有趣 看來大姐夫有大智慧

評分##簡單淺顯的一本書,很適閤Audible聽。好處是簡單不裝,缺點是把問題簡單化的傾嚮。可能是因為作者的職場道路順利,經曆簡單,少年人的心性也還未被磨平。在前司見過作者幾麵,印象分不錯加一星
