作者介绍


梁旭辉师父,现任佛山精武体育会和佛山市叶问研究会的会长,是中国功夫英雄霍元甲的第三代弟子,咏春拳一代宗师叶问则是梁旭辉的师公,梁旭辉的咏春拳师父是功夫李小龙的师兄张卓庆,梁师父并且是完整得到张卓庆传授咏春功夫和养生方法的中国徒弟。作为世界咏春联会的发起人之一,梁旭辉在咏春拳的故乡——中国佛山极大地促进了咏春拳的发展,因而在全球咏春界享有非常高的声誉。梁旭辉师父习武近三十年,深造精武拳、叶问咏春拳、陈氏太极拳,并自创“风花雪月诗”五种兵器功夫,自成一派。他的“无忧堂”功夫学校是环境非常优美的私人会所,同时“叶问咏春无忧堂”也是梁师父个人创立的商业品牌,包括连锁的功夫学校和养生馆。梁旭辉作为佛山精武国术学院院长,对各种功夫有非常深入的研究,而许多功夫团体的代表人物,亦是他的好友。
