評分##很棒的一本書，因為作者是女性所以默默加瞭一星～閱讀建議是tech lead讀tech lead+managing people，manager讀managing a team+managing multiple team，之後公司文化那幾章適閤所有人群。整本書隻講technical managing其實是比較focused but constrained，可以搭配各種管理學教材閱讀。
