评分 评分 评分##去年从communication coach那里学来的东西,感觉在书中重温了一边,而且写得也很practical。说实在的confrontation实在是太难,真的要好好做准备。当然很多情况下自己以为别人了解自己的情绪而想当然的以为别人能做出相应的reaction,其实那些消极情绪也都是自己加在自己身上,让自己受累。最好的还是进行交流,让双方都了解自己为何这么做的,从而达成和解然后找到共同的方法面对问题然后解决问题。
