评分我觉得这本书有很大一部分就是他自己吹牛逼，各种秀，看到中间的时候我都快看不下去了，我觉得和Jim Simons的那本差远了，对细节的描述差很多
评分##[PL]两天前Schwartzman在纽约出席新书发布会。这是一本关于其职业生涯的书，包括从幼时帮助家族经营生意，去耶鲁读书，毕业后进入金融领域，在雷曼兄弟从事并购，出来创业一步步扩大黑石集团，到投入教育慈善包括设立清华苏世民学院，不同的人应该可以读到作者不凡的经历中适合自己的智慧。对我来说这是本正逢其时的书，从优秀到卓越这个关口的所思所想到所作所为，都有可以借鉴的经验教训。读书过程中非常沉溺。

评分##The only interesting parts were the interviewing tips, but after business school, there's nothing new for me to learn. Schwarzman said he worked very hard on this book - I see that he worked very hard to brag about his achievements. Stopped reading after Chapter 6. It's a waste of my time. My friend who read it said it gets worse as the book goes.
