評分##書裏講瞭三個被廣泛相信的非真理great untruth：”What doesn’t kill you makes you weaker” ,”Always trust your feelings,” and “Life is a battle between good people and evil people”.這本書寫得真是太好瞭，然而聽得常常冒冷汗，因為他裏麵描述的完全就是我們學校這樣的地方，我們學生這樣的年輕人，太貼切瞭，但因為太貼切就很容易被認為非友即敵，而他描述的一些可怕的事情也完全有可能在我們身邊發生。
評分##問題已經存在相當一段時間瞭，但是作者並沒有給齣特彆的解決方式，CBT的提到也太簡短瞭。如果能在具體闡述就好瞭。

評分Part 1關於The untruth of fragility/emotional reasoning/us vs them的分析和P3關於六個可能的造成學生玻璃心的原因分析稍微有點看頭，但也不過是15年the Atlantic文章的擴充版，例子的闡釋並不solid. 最狡猾的是作者說瞭要以good intention聽彆人的觀點不能隨意貼標簽，結果寫齣的東西還是非常不在意existing structural issues, 的確還是白男精英視角，讓步的漂亮話都被你說瞭，隻能說politics不同對social justice的理解不同果然不相為謀。1.5倍速聽完的，有些橋段是聽得有些生氣的...從個人層麵去試圖解決一個結構性問題是非常新自由主義的糟糕建議。就一心推薦CBT咯-
