评分这是一本工具书总体来说，基本上你想到要用什么方法了，就打开它查一下具体该怎么做就可以了。我当时在用这本书的时候，就是完全就是step by step的在follow，并没有清楚知道为什么要这么做。其实research不是这样的，我建议，在使用这本书之前看一下research入门的书籍，搞清楚methodology再去研究method
评分##框架清晰，比想象的还要详细，非常出色的工具书。对Junior Design Researcher 来说应该很有用。
评分##在Arts and Visual Center随便翻阅到的书，感觉很像SRID的课程内容，各种Persona啊什么的。才发现大多数专业的内容都是如此浅显易懂，而且比较虚，没有什么实质性的难度，全靠积累而已。没有耐心仔细看下去，毕竟时间有限而且自己又不做这个。
评分##这是我们research那门课的教材，小组长很给力，书中罗列的方法并没有都看一遍，不过需要的时候可以回头查找，很不错的书，上完这门课觉得以前的调研都是糊弄小孩子玩的吧。。。
