##大部分認同。工作是靠用心而不是用力。不過我雖然不怎麼加班但是上下班路上,洗澡,遊泳經常都在思考工作的事情,其實也挺纍的。

##社畜爽文。比我讀什麼《幸福的科學》《工作不焦慮》要治愈多瞭。Basecamp 能這麼獨樹一幟的走一條手工作坊般剋製冷靜的道路,很大部分是因為人傢就沒有融資。而大部分陷入互聯網時代資本遊戲的創業公司已經注定與這份奢侈的剋製冷靜絕緣瞭。

##不是雞湯文 有些想法????比較新穎可以藉鑒 不過不確定是不是隻適用於小公司 現在越來越覺得大公司難管 公司的growth確實是個大學問 人多瞭personality多瞭必然politics就多瞭 書裏有一章還refer到瞭大姐夫的disagree an的commit 看來亞麻的LP影響很廣啊

##深受啓發,不僅有雞湯,還有經過實踐總結得齣的方式方法。 邊度邊反思自己處理工作的方式方法。確實,一切關乎效率、質量及幸福感,而非愚忠。畢竟你和雇主是契約關係,而非主僕關係。讓專業的人做專業的事,包括製定時間和期限。隻要閤理安排及規劃,沒有必要犧牲自己的個人時間去做低效率的産齣。
