评分##大部分认同。工作是靠用心而不是用力。不过我虽然不怎么加班但是上下班路上，洗澡，游泳经常都在思考工作的事情，其实也挺累的。

评分##不是鸡汤文 有些想法????比较新颖可以借鉴 不过不确定是不是只适用于小公司 现在越来越觉得大公司难管 公司的growth确实是个大学问 人多了personality多了必然politics就多了 书里有一章还refer到了大姐夫的disagree an的commit 看来亚麻的LP影响很广啊
