評分 評分##不到兩百頁的正文濃縮精簡瞭自康德到諾齊剋羅爾斯的deontological theory，加上Sandel自己算得上華麗的文風，使此書讀起來略吃力，但總的來說，關於“self”與道德法則的“順序”問題分析地相當深刻。

評分##接著昨天說的，這本真的是把正義論拆開揉碎地分析，Sandel還是有他的洞見的。（btw他當年在哈佛還是耶魯的政治哲學公開課真的不錯）但到頭來我覺得在理論層麵上，Rawls一個political citizen的概念就能把Sandel依賴的直覺拆掉十之八九。Rawls的問題在liberalism的實踐，但我覺得Sandel在實踐層麵上可能問題更大...
