##接着昨天说的，这本真的是把正义论拆开揉碎地分析，Sandel还是有他的洞见的。（btw他当年在哈佛还是耶鲁的政治哲学公开课真的不错）但到头来我觉得在理论层面上，Rawls一个political citizen的概念就能把Sandel依赖的直觉拆掉十之八九。Rawls的问题在liberalism的实践，但我觉得Sandel在实践层面上可能问题更大... 在再版前言中，Sandel区分了正义与善观念相联系的两种路径：1、正义应从特殊共同体或传统中人们共同信奉或广泛分享的价值中汲取道德力量，共同体的价值规定着何为正义，何为不正义【参Walzer，1982】；2、正义原则及其证明取决于它们所服务的那些目的的道德价值或内在善。S...

##《公正》某种程度上可以算这本书的普及版，看完《公正》只能算是增加点装逼的谈资而已，但对于总体上把握本书中涉及密尔、康德、罗尔斯的几个重要概念还是很有帮助的，看的时候不至于陷入对拗口文字的纠缠而晕头转向。真正要深入理解自由主义与公正，还得看这本书。
