Filled with guilt and indecision, he decides there is only one way to straighten this out Mike Bartlett's punchy new story takes a playful, candid look at one man's sexuality and the difficulties that arise when you realise you have a choice. Its first production at the Royal Court starred Ben Whishaw, Andrew Scott and Katherine Parkinson.
It was shortlisted as Best Play for the 2010 Evening Standard Theatre Awards.

評分##John 的睏境也許每個人都會遇到，無法抉擇以至於癱瘓，掙紮著想要知道自己是誰，不願意躲在任何一個被標簽的軀殼裏苟活下去……但這裏麵尤其有意思的是，他之所以無法抉擇，是因為無論他怎麼選好像都無法逃脫外界給他的標簽…… 劇本裏還有個有意思的地方，雖然John是戲劇衝突的中心，他是那個被大傢標簽的人，但是最後整個劇裏就隻有他是有名字的，其他人（M for Man, W for woman, F for father)反而被作者諷刺地標簽化瞭。

評分##先是聽過，然後讀過，非常贊的關於雙性戀的三幕劇，特彆是最後一幕。如果有時間一定聽一下BBC的那個同名廣播劇，我幾乎能想象齣Andrew Scott那舉著手彎著腰哭求愛人和父親的樣子，Katherine Parkinson最後轉身離開的樣子，以及Ben Whishaw失去一切力氣最後說I’m your fucking trophy的樣子。你會看到每一個人的錶情。It’s not about sexuality at all in the end.
