內容簡介

　　High-Frequency Readers 是由Scholastic齣版社精心推齣的高頻詞讀物套裝，包含18本全彩圖書、1張音頻CD以及高頻詞閃卡。本套裝的學習目標是21個高頻詞（如I, can, you, do等）以及這些高頻詞的基本用法，適閤學前和小學低年級階段的小朋友使用。
　　每本讀物共8頁，每一頁都配有生動的圖片，可以讓孩子們在熟悉的生活場景中學習英語知識。文字內容以高頻詞和相關主題詞匯為主，以簡單、重復的句型形式引導孩子學習詞匯，培養基本閱讀能力。套裝中故事類讀物裏的圖畫生動、有趣；科學知識類讀物包含真實的攝影照片，可以讓孩子們認識真實的世界。此外，套裝中還有繪畫名傢的作品插圖，對培養孩子們的審美觀也很有幫助。
　　傢長可以用配套的高頻詞閃卡和孩子們一起做單詞識記類遊戲，加深對高頻詞的記憶。
　　此外，套裝還搭配瞭原版音頻CD，是培養孩子們純正英語語感、良好聽力及標準發音的有力助手。每本圖書都會有3種不同的朗讀：第一遍由兒童朗讀，有趣的童聲加上生動的場景配音，可以激發孩子們的閱讀興趣，並把學習融入到場景中去；第二遍和第三遍都為成人朗讀，可以有效地幫助孩子們鞏固學習成果。
