在十三年的教学生涯中，让我逐渐体会到了作为一名教师的崇高，也让我领悟到了作为教师的肩上的重担，当前我国正在进行新一轮的基础教育课程改革，此次改革是建国以来规模最大、涉及内容最全面的一次课程改革，范文之心得体会:教师读书心得。它对广大教师提出了全新的挑战，从中体会到了课程改革对课堂、对教师、对学生的冲击，同时也存在一定的困惑。今年，我有时间阅读了《给教师的一百条建议》，给我感受颇深。书中用了很多的事例和体会，把枯燥的教育学、心理学的基本观点阐述得生动、明白，读来令人倍感亲切、深受启发。那些关于教育的真知灼见，值得我们一遍又一遍地阅读、品味。

罗汉果生长在海拔300～1400米亚热带山坡林下、河边湿润地段或灌木丛林中，在长期的个体发育中，对环境条件有一定的要求。罗汉果属短日照作物，每日只需7～8小时光照，喜湿润多雾、阴凉，要求昼夜温差大，无霜期长，空气相对湿度75～85%，雨量充沛、均匀，年降雨量1900毫米左右，忌积水受涝。宜疏松肥沃、排水良好、深厚且湿润的土壤。不耐高温，气温22～28℃藤蔓迅速生长，高于34℃植株生长不良，15℃以下植株停止生长。
