"Most young children are familiar with the movie The Jungle Book, but many do not know that the story is loosely based on a book. In this beginning reader chapter book, the story begins like you would expect. Mowgli, the man cub, is taken in and raised by the wolfpack. To do this, the pack must stand together against Shere Khan, the lame white tiger. Mowgli grows up in relative peace, learning the language of the animals and the law of the jungle from Baloo the bear and Bagheera the panther. However, in the background, there is always the threat of Shere Khan. Through the tiger's plotting, Mowgli is eventually cast out of the wolf pack. He takes refuge in the nearest man village. While in the village, he confronts and defeats Shere Khan, with the help of the village herds and his wolf brothers. With Shere Khan dead, can Mowgli rejoin the wolf pack? Can he go back to the jungle life that he loves so dearly? Beginning readers would be enthralled by this amazing story, making this a welcome addition to any elementary school library. The chapters are short, and the story is entertaining, lively, and easy to follow. This is a nice retelling of a classic tale that leaves the reader satisfied, but with their curiosity piqued for other tales of Mowgli's adventures."

书勉强对得起这个价格，比iPhone6plus能大点儿有限，黑白印刷（见图2，3）。重点说说这个漫长的等待过程，我用手机客户端4月30日下单，结果等了1周还没发货，问京东客服，说电脑端上说是7-9周发货，我查看手机端，手机端上这时还说是现货（见图4，把我的信息马赛克了），然后我说我用手机客户端买的书，当然看手机端上的信息理解了，客服简单粗暴的说说手机端写错了（你写错了，该我毛事？！），然后就等呗，等了9周还没发货，等到7月7日都第十周，我又问客服，客服还是脑残的说7-9周发货，我说这都第10周了，然后他说那我问问，然后7月8日发货了，7月10日到家，等待了71天（见图1）。书打4分，服务是0分，可惜不能打0分，我是客户，按照你发表的信息买东西，你说你写错了，这和诈骗有什么区别？！不管是疏忽还是故意，都对我们造成了损失，一次道歉也没有了，就是翻来覆去说“写错了”、“可以退货”，这个犯错误的成本太低了，也许以后还会“不小心”“写错了”，希望这个差评能给您以警示，如果我说错了，那么很抱歉，我“说错了”。

着急的朋友慎买，等待的时间太长，第一次咨询客服说一周左右，一周后再次咨询客服就变成7-9周了，实在无法接受，7-9周后孩子都开学了，请客服尽快安排，终于在两周后拿到了书，但封面，封底到处都是皱痕，俨然一本二手或n手书，书很薄，纸张粗糙，字印刷很大，全书内容并不觉得很丰富，给中评都很牵强?
