Laura takes her first train ride as she, her sisters, and their mother come out to live with Pa on the shores of Silver Lake. After a lonely winter in the surveyors' house, Pa puts up the first building in what will soon be a brand-new town on the beautiful shores of Silver Lake. 作者简介

Laura Ingalls Wilder was born in 1867 in the log cabin described in Little House in the Big Woods. She and her family traveled by covered wagon across the Midwest. Later, Laura and her husband, Almanzo Wilder, made their own covered-wagon trip with their daughter, Rose, to Mansfield, Missouri. There, believing in the importance of knowing where you began in order to appreciate how far you've come, Laura wrote about her childhood growing up on the American frontier. For millions of readers Laura lives on forever as the little pioneer girl in the beloved Little House books.

拿到书后真的是让人出乎意料，外面是用纸箱包装，然后里面还用塑料泡膜包裹，非常严实，收货那天是下雨天，拆开看后，书籍完全没有收到下雨的影响，完好无损。书绝对是正版这个不用说了，在京东买东西，你完全不用担心质量问题。高尔基说过：“书，是人类进步的阶梯。”开卷者古来就有，有“五柳先生”那“不求甚解”读法的；也有朱光潜倡导的“字字推敲，咬文嚼字”读法的；更有王国维所谓的三种读书境界……但终归来看，开卷是有益的，因为开卷既是知识之源，又是古人之鉴，更是修养之法。其实读书有很多好处,就等有心人去慢慢发现.最大的好处你有属于自己的本领靠自己生存。 让你的生活过得更充实，学习到不同的东西。感受世界的不同。 不需要有生存的压力，必竞都是有父母的负担。 虽然现在读书的压力很大，但请务必相信你是幸福的。 在我们国家还有很多孩子连最基本的教育都没办法享受的。 所以，你现在不需要总结，随着年龄的成长，你会明白的，还是有时间多学习一下。

上次没有凑齐彩版的，就买了这种，纸张不太好，不过不反光。

英语学习和我们从小学汉语是一致的。没有什么短期的培训班可以教会孩子一种语言。关键只有两点，一个是不断说，一个是不断读。罗尔德达尔的这个系列浅显易懂，读起来有趣味。是让孩子养成良好英语阅读习惯的开端。可以买一套中文翻译的给孩子参照阅读。网上还有完整的音频。这对孩子学英语会很有帮助。 后面是凑字数的废话.《草原上的小木屋》主要描写了罗兰一家人离开威斯康星大森林，驾着篷车，经历了重重困难搬家到堪萨斯大草原居住的故事。罗兰一家人，是当时第一代西部拓荒者的缩影。他们一家人生活在风景如画的草原上，但也时时存在着威胁和危险。熊熊燃烧的草原大火他们不怕，重建屋子的辛苦他们不怕，被狼群包围的威胁他们也不怕……他们用智慧和行动勇敢地克服了种种困难。 一个个小故事，优美而顽强，生动而光彩。我喜欢书中的人物：有一双巧手、爱唱歌谣的爸爸查尔斯，活泼可爱、喜欢梦想的罗拉，赤裸骑马的印第安小孩。也喜欢书中关于风景的描写：散发原始气息的大草原，宿营地繁星点点的天空。它给我的启迪比任何一本书都多。 读完了这本书，我深深地感受到罗兰一家人坚强的意志与毅力。他们经历的是常人不能经历的，他们在途中受到过伤害，可他们没有哭泣，也没有放弃，他们选择了坚强。他们的日子过得虽然艰辛，而那简陋的小木屋里却充满了爱，装满幸福。 这告诉我们，不论遇到什么困难，心中一定要有爱，只要有坚定的信念，坚持到底的决心，相信自己能做好这件事，你就一定能成功。 可是我们现在又是怎样做的呢？我们从小有爷爷奶奶的照顾，爸爸妈妈的呵护。父母为我们创造了优越的条件，住在宽敞明亮的房子里，营养的饭菜，美丽的衣裳，还有随时可以吃的零食。我们也看了不少书，学了钢琴，舞蹈。但是每当遇到困难，就容易放弃，我们少了一种信念，少了一种坚定，少了那种永不放弃的精神。 我遇到一些难的奥数题，偶尔做不出来时就会气馁，不愿深入思考。读外语，遇到长一点的课文也因为怕困难而不能坚持。我缺乏的就是书中罗兰一家那种勇敢向前、克服困难的坚强意志，学习他们那种精神，一定能克服学习中的困难，一定能战胜“懒惰”的我，成为“勤劳”的我。“不经历风雨，哪能见彩虹”，人要像珍珠贝一样，把“困难”磨成最大最美的珍珠。

One always hesitates as to whether these stories of Laura Wilder's childhood belong with fiction or non-fiction, so place this where you have found the others sell best. This follows On The Banks of Plum Creek, and the Ingalls' family go on to Dakota Territory, where they eventually homestead. They pass an initial year in the settlement, - the summer in a shack near a trading post, the winter in a deserted cabin. Laura is thirteen, with a healthy adolescent curiosity about the new country; Mary, her sister, has gone blind, but her courage and resourcefulness are a constant inspiration. The coming of the railroad, the influx of settlers, bring new elements into the section. A splendidly written contribution to factual frontier material, of special interest to the Middle Western market.
