評分##我最近意識到瞭我社恐的原因,一是把國人對英語的那種高期待(或者是我想象中的國人)帶入到瞭老外身上,但其實他們並不judge我,隻是聽我說的意思;二是其實社交也需要練習,不知從啥時候開始我居然有瞭一件事我上來就應該會這種有毒的想法,如果不會就反復打擊自己,而不是去練習。作者的一些ice break cheatsheet有些尷尬,但是後半部分的一些例句有的還是挺有用的,會找時間記下來。
評分##聽完的有聲書,還好是閑暇時聽的,不值得細讀的一本書。這本書所談的道理可以在其他更經典的書中印證,比如name, eye contact, be the first to say hello,be interested in others, open-ended question。還是要在實踐中不斷摸索調整。掌握small talk的技巧很重要。

評分##Chapt 11-12可以再讀一次 重點都在那兩章 在社交場閤的破冰問題 與其問對方personal的問題 不如對現在的一些situation發錶一些評論。這本書最大的作用是讓我堅定瞭好好social的決心
