內容簡介

《全國高等學校教材：衛生化學（第7版）（供預防醫學類專業用）》的緒論部分增加瞭“衛生分析的一般過程”，使讀者在學習教材的初始階段，就能更多地瞭解衛生化學的整體；第二章增加瞭濁點萃取、泡沫浮選、吹氣捕集等較先進的樣品預處理方法；第三章增加瞭“衛生分析過程中化學計量學方法的應用”，刪減瞭“計量認證及實驗室認可”的內容；鑒於近幾年一些新分析方法的應用更加普遍，因此加強瞭電感耦閤等離子體發射光譜法、離子色譜法、毛細管電泳法、質譜法和常用快速檢驗方法的內容，這幾部分內容都由原來一節的篇幅改為獨立成章；刪減瞭衛生分析中應用較少的化學發光分析法、庫倫分析法和經典極譜分析法。全書共18章，主要內容包括三部分：衛生分析中常用的光譜分析方法、電化學分析方法和色譜分析方法，此外還有質譜法和常用快速檢驗方法；樣品的采集、保存和預處理方法；分析數據的處理和分析工作的質量保證。 本教材適用於預防醫學本科（五年製）學生，可作為本專業研究生及指導教師的參考書，也可作為衛生檢驗人員和其他專業儀器分析課程參考教材。
