Patty McCord served as chief talent officer of Netflix for fourteen years and helped create the Netflix Culture Deck. Patty participated in IPOs at Netflix and, before that, Pure Atria Software. A veteran of Sun Microsystems, Borland, and Seagate Technologies, she has also worked with small start-ups. 评分 评分 评分##21/喜欢netflix推出的一切!怀揣着希望开始看!// 后面一部分中英文交替读完了依旧是对奈飞赞不绝口!我最爱的就是每次都会一次性推出剧集,平时不太爱看剧的我竟然都追完了两部性爱自修室和去**的世界!我爱奈飞(可能我被洗脑了)不过他们管理方式真是很不错,印象深刻的是通过辩论的方式来探讨问题,用事实而不是数据来说话,让全员熟知公司的业务,定期反思更换队员?。。。还有好多好多,受益匪浅 (但是不知道为啥看完还对自己的前程有点担忧?自己太菜了)
