评分##读的很辛苦，边读边做笔记，但是作为产品设计第一书，是要作为手册放在身边随时查阅。就算有时候可以颠覆里面的某些规则，也是在完全读透了之后。
评分##我只想给三星，虽然其中的设计理论可以和一些社会学，购物者心理学联系在一起，但这本书所能给出的例子是令人失望的，打个比方，modularity,模组化，其定义为a method of managing a large system divided into different smaller self-contained system。它所给出的例子是电脑主机里的各个不同的小系统互相联系着，相互作用，然后促使我们的主机得以运转。以这样的方式来看，汽车，手表，手机等等都可以被作为例子，但答案是错误的，而正确的例子是什么呢？类似于你买了一个吸尘器，吸尘器的头部可以切换不同功能的装置，装置1可以帮忙吸大的物体，装置2可以帮忙吸灰尘，装置3可以帮忙吸掉落的头发，这才是模组化，我个人对这本书有点失望。
