评分##【有声书】这本书exceeded my expectations，作者那么激情的朗读让我觉得这些insecurities真的是她这么多年来得到的财富。给了我找多的启发，像如何不一直沉浸在困难中，如何对得起自己给自己的promise, 或者如何deal with自己的obsession。还有就是英语还挺美的，instead of drawing lines, draw our neighbors closer。这本书跟以前看到过navy一个officer给他的士兵的演讲，make your bed。都是一种对自己可以掌控自己人生，带来变化，实现梦想，一步一个脚印每天积累，以及如何mind over matter的对自己负责，把自己带离现在的“坑”。
评分##我个人并不喜欢通过自己的经验来总结人生哲学，因为你总结出来的，真的只能给黄毛丫头给点指引，我们这些中年妇女跟你总结的也差不多。。要么你写自传。不然这些烂大街的人生经验总结，真的人人都已经花了时间和眼泪总结到了。还有，不要老让人去看Therapist。

评分##本来可以给三星的 扣掉一星是因为觉得被骗了 Amazon的评分和畅销居然都是刷出来的 Amazon和audible评分都很高 review也很多 其实也就是快餐式鸡汤吧 看了一部分的时候 觉得好像没有评论的那么出色 搜了下goodread 和豆瓣的评分 果然不太行 而且Amazon上这位作者的一本还没出版的书也在畅销榜里 hmm...就当练听力一样 在audible上听完了
评分##读了一章就有点读不下去了，太鸡汤。 再去外网看了网友们的评价，几乎都一致觉得，这是作者作为一个富裕阶层的，无病呻吟。
