評分##對很多有關公司管理的問題都在我上一傢公司的工作經曆中有過似曾相識的感覺，但醫療行業涉及人命，對公司的管理水平、自查機製、道德底綫的要求都更高。想象這個公司如果在國內創立，有沒有可能會能夠支撐更久？國內跟風的有錢老闆/投資/投機機構和錢也非常多，所有已投資的投資人和創業公司組成利益相關體，可能會寜可知道有問題也要一起掩蓋好找到下一個接盤俠。不過一直不上市的計劃可能會讓很多人望而卻步，畢竟終極接盤俠是普羅大眾。 這書其實講瞭個挺明白的道理，專業的人做專業的事情，Elizabeth和最初支持她的大佬們都沒有係統紮實的醫學背景，完全是用工程師的思路在做這件事情，遇到問題他們的解決辦法是“邊吹邊解決”，但醫學突破不是工程技術問題，不可能一蹴而就，越是有deliver的壓力，就越有跨越紅綫的危險。
