##21/喜歡netflix推齣的一切！懷揣著希望開始看！// 後麵一部分中英文交替讀完瞭依舊是對奈飛贊不絕口！我最愛的就是每次都會一次性推齣劇集，平時不太愛看劇的我竟然都追完瞭兩部性愛自修室和去**的世界！我愛奈飛（可能我被洗腦瞭）不過他們管理方式真是很不錯，印象深刻的是通過辯論的方式來探討問題，用事實而不是數據來說話，讓全員熟知公司的業務，定期反思更換隊員？。。。還有好多好多，受益匪淺 （但是不知道為啥看完還對自己的前程有點擔憂？自己太菜瞭）

評分##推薦這本書。一，在同類型書籍中屬廢話少的，觀點簡潔，幾乎不重復。二，我曾經認定，隻有人人擠破腦門去服務的頂級公司這些HR的觀點纔有效。直到我也遇見瞭一些頂級或有相當潛力的人纔並與之愉快的共事，我開始檢討自己的淺薄，並在閱讀的過程中頻頻點頭。
