作者简介

男神的书,一定要买来收藏，结合视频来学习

书很不错，但是书的封皮被搞脏了。 之前买的书都有封皮保护，唯独这本没有，还偏偏就脏了。略心疼。

这本是配合他的视频《家庭烹饪》的，但里边各国家常菜实在太西式，不符合中国人饮食习惯，实在没有尝试欲望。买错书了，应该买那本ultimate cooking course的，里边的菜比较中西结合，很多调料都有中国菜和东南亚菜的影子。因为那本缺货才买了这本，容我哭一个去。
