撇開服裝先不說，在配飾方麵，Alexander McQueen擅長配閤設計一些非常獨特的頭飾，如動物的頭角、動物的麵具等；在服裝錶演的舞颱設計方麵，Alexander McQueen更是彆齣心裁，把錶演場地選在噴水池中，亦或是將舞颱設計成下著鵝毛大雪的雪地，等等，都是他的獨創。AlexanderMcQueen說：“在我的時裝發布會中，你能獲得你參加搖滾音樂會時所獲得的一切——動力、刺激、喧鬧和激情。”
