評分##作為入門的第二本書，我是第一次看到具體介紹persona，goal和scenarios的具體用法。很多人說這本書不咋地。我倒感覺已經過去13年瞭，很多想法其實在現在仍舊valid，已經算難得瞭。當然，最後看完印象最深刻的是關於gray-hair money和brain money的討論。這對我一個應屆正在決定工作offer的人來說，算得上是無心插柳瞭。
