　　《跨文化交际实用教程》以美国跨文化交际培训理论为依据，按照四个步骤安排教学内容：跨文化意识的觉醒，跨文化知识的吸取，跨文化情感的应对，以及跨文化技能的获得。通过模式化、角色训练、表演反馈和训练迁移四个步骤实现跨文化交际教学的目的。

作者简介

　　胡超，宁波大学外语学院教授，硕士生导师，宁波大学跨文化交际研究所所长。研究方向为跨文化交际、文化比较、英语教育等。现已在外语类核心期刊等学术刊物发表论文20篇左右。
