Scientific knowledge grows at a phenomenal pace-but few books have had as lasting an impact or played as important a role in our modern world as "The Mathematical Theory of Communication", published originally as a paper on communication theory in the "Bell System Technical Journal" more than fifty years ago. 评分##不懂 Markov chain 和 stochastic process 也能领会这本书的精神，正如不懂 Entscheidungsproblem 也能通读 Turing 36年的论文。两篇奠基性的论文恰好都对门外汉非常友好，而两篇论文在今天来看都还是让人心潮澎湃。当然，两篇论文的风格相差非常大。Shannon 的理论从提出到证明都是中规中矩的，即使是信息熵概念的提出也不是在文献里无迹可寻，而 Turing 的证明却是相当地离经叛道，以至于一直有人尝试重新证明，却没有成功。
