最近买了好多书，基本首选自营，速度快。不过书这一块，自营确实不如第三方:明明是脏页，损页的，仍然照样发货（以自营配送，很难配送时损坏弄脏），拣货员视而不见？库存仅剩一本时，基本剩这本肯定是残次品。因为书的质量，几次退换货！希望加强监管！
