大大小小的东西都在京东买，从来没有失望过，除了这次，这个单子托了一个半月，几次交涉终于发给我。网上客服的态度没法评价，什么都做不了主，最后竟然置之不理，非常打客服电话才能解决这个订单。好在电话客服态度不错，也努力解决，终于发出来了。结论：京东买东西真不能提前付款，我以前都是货到付款，只有这次提前支付，结果真的托了一个多月。下次再也不提前支付了。
